Membership plans

Yes – we will send you a reminder one month before renewal. Regardless of when your membership plan expires, you can always upgrade your membership plan directly from your Milestone Marketplace®  editor page.  If you no longer want a paid plan, you can change your membership plan directly in your page editor. 

Each plan is valid for one content page. A content page covers one product or solution service. You can choose different membership plans for different pages, depending on your needs. 

You can always cancel your plan directly in your page editor. Please note that you will NOT receive reimbursement when you cancel your membership plan.

Bank transfers or credit cards can be used to pay for your Milestone Marketplace membership plan. 

The START plan includes the following:

Company and product or solution service pages
Company and product or solution service pages are your place to shine on Milestone Marketplace. With Milestone Marketplace’s flexible format, you can easily build product and solution service pages that reflect the look and feel of your company. You can also include descriptions, photos, screenshots, documentation and verification information on these pages to give visitors a full understanding of your products.

Help leads get in touch
Let potential customers engage with you directly on your Milestone Marketplace page via a Get in Touch form. Give an average response time and show regional contacts that visitors can get in touch with.

User reviews
Positive reviews improve your credibility and help visitors determine whether or not your product is right for them. Previous users can leave reviews of your company and products directly on your Milestone Marketplace page.

Milestone representatives are standing by, ready to answer any of your Marketplace-related questions.

Demo feature (for product pages only)
Your product pages give the specs on your products, but they don’t show exactly how they work. With the Milestone Marketplace demo feature, potential customers can sign up to see your product in action. Get in touch with the potential customer directly to plan a time that works for both parties.

Free trial feature (for product pages only)
Your product page has space to promote trial downloads, and you can receive contact information for those who choose to download free trials. Note: This option is not available for Channel Partners

Promotion in related search results
Get promoted on product and solution service pages with similar tags to ensure that those who see your competitors’ pages also see yours. With this benefit, you will also show up higher in the “related pages” section of other pages. That means extra traffic and, eventually, more sales leads. 

Extra contact information for leads 
Get insights and access to visitors who engage with your page including phone numbers, companies and industries details. This makes it easy to learn more about potential customers, so you can approach them appropriately. 

Leads from downloads contact information on visitors who download more information on your company, products, or services.

With our EXCEL Plan, your page will be shown at the top of the Milestone Marketplace search page. You will share this area with other EXCEL members and always show up when your page is relevant.

Co-Promotion on Milestone Marketplace Landing Pages
Milestone Marketplace landing pages receive heavy traffic from those who want to learn more about VMS solutions. We base these pages on popular search words. EXCEL members receive special recognition on these sites, which leads to more traffic and, eventually, more sales.
