HALO Smart Sensor - The #1 Vape Detector and Indoor Air Quality Monitoring Device.
HALO IOT Smart Sensor is a multi-sensor capable of detecting vape, smoke, THC and shouting in areas a camera cannot be placed. Additional sensors give HALO the ability to monitor air quality for temperature, humidity, hazardous chemicals and more!HALO helps those in education, healthcare, hospitality, real estate, manufacturing and more. HALO can detect staff and guest smoking and vaping, chemical spills in custodial closets and labs, and temperature, humidity and moisture to prevent mold and illness.
HALO supplies Milestone VMS a MJPEG stream showing the current status/readings of its sensors. The XProtect Event Manager integration is able to discern the cause of the alarm and whether it is a set or reset of an alarm condition.
Email or text notifications can also be programmed. Notifications can include device name, IP address, event ID, threshold that was surpassed, sensor value, date of event, time of event.

- HALO has 12 built in sensors and it's the only vape detector that detects THC oil.
- HALO connects directly to your security monitor and VMS - no need for separate applications. Uses Analytics in threshold levels and reporting.
- HALO can transmit alerts to Milestone when thresholds are exceeded using Generic Events, defined in the Milestone Management Client.
- Each of the unique sensors in HALO can have its own Event and Rules which can be executed when alerts match defined Generic Events.
- Sensors include: Vape, Smoke, Temperature, Humidity, Light, Chemicals, THC, Sound decibel levels, Air Quality, Pressure and a Tamper alarm.
